Saw this on another site, and it got me thinking! It's for both models and photographers, but would you not work with someone because they have shot with a certain model/ photographer before you? Personally, it did happen to me once when a model told me that another photographer refused to book her because she elected to shoot with me, also I have heard of photographers refusing to book a model for a paid shoot because they think they have done TFP with other photographers in the same area.....( which I personally think is pretty daft)
