I am a relative new comer to organising models and shoots and are fully in agreement that if a model wants to bring a chapeone then they should. If they are more comfortable then that will show through in the pictures. My question is, should the chaperone be their boyfriend? My experience of this is, the boyfriend didnt want to be there or didnt want her to be doing it.He was given a room attached to the studio by a door through which he could hear everything. One change of outfit later he decides he doesnt want to sit there anymore, goes out to sit in the car. Result, the shoot doesnt achieve what i or the model wanted and this was only a clothed shoot. Any advice or thought please.
