Community Guidelines

Under no circumstances may you share or provide another person access to your account

Accounts are limited to promoting a single skill/specialism. If, for example, your account is a modelling account, you may not offer or swap your account to offer photography services.

You are, however, welcome to have as many accounts as you wish to cover all of the different skills/services that you offer.

Accounts may only represent a single person. We do not accept joint or group accounts.

You must be at least 18 years old - or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher - to use ModelFolio.

Your supplied email address needs to be a valid email address which is regularly monitored by yourself. We may periodically send you legal notifications to this email address, which may require your timely review.

We reserve the right to terminate any account if the account holder brings the reputation of ModelFolio, its members, or staff into disrepute.

We may terminate an account if the account holder is found to be making public criticisms of ModelFolio, its members, or staff, either on the platform or externally.

You may not offer any escorting, stripping, party or similar services via ModelFolio, nor may you solicit such activities from other members.

You may not offer any work via ModelFolio that involves the consumption of alcohol in and around nudity.

If you attempt to chargeback a payment for your Pro Membership, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account.

We do not accept modelling agencies, agents, managers, scouts, or similar.

Under no circumstances may you promote to these activities via ModelFolio

Your username should represent you professionally, and should not contain crass or vulgar language

It should also not contain any email addresses, phone numbers, or any other form of contact information

You should endeavour to keep your "About Me" completed and updated

You may not include any form of code (HTML/CSS/etc) or any other elements, other than those provided via the ModelFolio interface, that would otherwise change the look of your profile page

At all times your profile must remain compliant with our minimum content requirement

This means your profile should always have a minimum of 4 content items (photos and/or videos), a profile photo, an About Me, and basic profile information

You may not upload any content that contains any of the following:

• Alcohol - open or unopen containers
• Animals - anywhere within the scene/frame
• Weapons - real or imitation
• Blood - real or fake
• Asphyxiation / strangulation
• Needle play
• Scat
• AI generated

Uploaded content must meet our content guidelines:

• We only accept modelling photos and videos
• Content should demonstrate use of composition and posing
• The photo must represent the person within it professionally
• You must own the copyright or have been granted permission/a usage license by the copyright holder to upload the content
• Anonymous images are accepted, however, no person within the frame may have their identity obscured through editing techniques. The content should be clearly created with anonymity in mind.
• We do not accept "selfie" images at all

Uploaded content must meet our technical quality guidelines, and must not be::

• Blurry
• Out of Focus
• Low Quality
• Pixelated
• Screenshots or photos of another photo

Uploaded content must not display the following themes

• Crotch shots or the contents focus being the genitalia
• Spreading of the genitalia
• Erections or states of arousal
• Insertion within the genitalia or anus, including fingers.
• Overt touching of the genitalia
• Any form of interaction or touching between the model(s) and photographer(s)

Any comments you leave around ModelFolio should consider the person.

This means they should be polite, professional, and respectful.

We do not accept crass or vulgar comments.

We do not accept unrequested critique/criticism. You may only leave critique on content where the member has labelled the content as "Requesting Critique".

You may not use the commenting system to solicit contact details or pass them on.

Your messaging should always be professional and polite.

We will not accept any rude, inappropriate, or unprofessional conduct, irrespective of the situation.

Members may only be contacted about levels that they have posted on their profile.

You may not ask for any levels not listed on a members profile, irrespective of whether they've previously done them, or have content posted of those levels

You also may not ask for a member to contact you should they consider higher/specific levels in the future

Members may not offer any form of "touching" or interaction between models, photographers, or other service providers

Where possible, you should try and avoid ping-pong, or constant back and forth, when messaging. Rather, you should consider the message you're sending and ensure is comprehensive and detailed.

While you may send templated messaging, you should avoid spamming members. This means taking the time to ensure that the member you're messaging is relevant and likely to be interested in your enquiry

You may "chase" or "nudge" a member for a messaging response a couple of times, but you should be mindful to not chase too frequently. You should aim to leave it 48 hours between chasing messages.

If a response is more urgent, for example, due to a pending photoshoot within the next 48 hours, you can chase more regularly or contact support for assistance

You may only post a reference for a member if a shoot was organised and confirmed via ModelFolio.

This as defined as there being clear evidence via on-site messaging of the following being discussed and agreed:

• Date
• Time
• Location
• Levels
• Remuneration/Payment

You may only post a negative reference where a member has done one of the following:

• Late Cancelled
• No-Showed
• Acted Inappropriately

You may not post a negative reference for any other reason. This includes, but is not limited to, you being dissatisfied with a members response times, not responding to you, or any similar conduct.

If you otherwise have a concern around a members conduct, please contact support for assistance

A late cancellation is defined as when a member cancels a shoot less than 24 hours prior to the photoshoots start time, as agreed within the messaging on ModelFolio.

If we investigate a negative reference, we will only accept evidence as it appears via the ModelFolio messaging. We will not accept evidence that occurs externally, such as via WhatsApp, Facebook, Text, Email, or similar.

The does not include evidence where it is not possible for such evidence to exist on ModelFolio, and it will be at our discretion to accept it.

Our rules and guidance are subject to change at any time, without notice, and any changes will be effective immediately

We've tried to produce a comprehensive, yet readable, set of rules. The nature of this sort of platform means that, at times, situations and circumstances may arise whereby we do not have a rule that fits what has occured, or we may need to produce a rule.

Our decision in such an instance will be final.

While we've tried to produce a comprehensive and digestable set rules around content uploads and rules, we reserve the right to reject or remove any content that you submit.

We will endeavour to explain this decision to you where we are able to do so, however our decisions around this are final

At times, we may need to update our rules or guidelines and these updates may need to apply retrospectively.

Where possible, we endeavour to provide notice to you to ensure you have time to bring your profile, your content, or other contributions into line with this new guidance.

At times, it may not be possible for us to wait for your action, and so we reserve the right to modify, hide, or remove your content or contributions.
