I know that "Recent Activity" has been missed on the home page since it was replaced a few weeks ago, and so it has made a return on the Trending page:

The trending page will be made more into an "Activity" page, so more things will appear over the next few weeks.
Members can now batch upload their images by going to "Your Photo Manager" > "Batch Upload", so if you're uploading a dozen or so images it will make life a little bit easier..
It also supports drag and drop.
