I have a 100% message rate, I have a 100% positive feedback rate, I have never no showed, I am always hard working, I am told that I am a good laugh to be around...
So why is it I really struggle to get shoots? I am always posting casting calls to which i'll be lucky if I get even 1 response to, I reply to other casting calls but keep getting either ignored or told i'm not what they are looking for, and even get told "no thanks working with you won't help my portfolio". My rates are very reasonable and are always negotiable with discussion, I am even happy to do tfp basis so that we both get some good portfolio images.
