Feedback/messages.

just wondering what are peoples views about leaving feedback for people who either dont reply to messages,dont even read them although continuing to sign into their profiles and people who you are negotiating a shoot with...often close to final confirmations and they suddenly stop replying to messages?.would anybody find it helpful to read this kind of feedback to avoid wasting their own time? or perhaps it would be viewed simply as sour grapes and frustration? the message response ratio is some help but doesnt always give a true picture.personally id always be much happier with a "sorry ive changed my mind " or circumstances have changed" than being ignored.id always prefer not to continue chasing people but im also not a mind reader.i know somebody will say put it down to experience and i obviously do but id also quite like to see the perpetual timewasters identified.or am i totally wrong and its only appropriate to leave feedback after a shoot or no-show?im not for a second there should be a witch-hunt or personal criticism ,just helpful statistics.
