Creating third party accounts for people. STOP IT PEOPLE!

I contacted a new member and we provisionally agreed to work together. I then rang her and we confirmed the shoot, the content and the pay and I booked the day out, booked my studio time out and e-mailed her the contract. Then nothing. I sent another e-mail, 2 MCM messages, 2 texts and 4 phone calls - all with no reply. I left a negative reference and she messaged saying "Sorry I didn't receive your email so assumed that we were not going ahead. Sorry abiut this. Could you contavt me by txt pls as my speakrr on phone is broken and font slways have Internet access, im extreamly sorry i have only just repkued." This was her typing not mine. No mention of the texts, MCM messages and calls.

I then got a message from a photographer last night saying "XXXX says she has messaged you to explain her problem and asked me to say she will fix it. She seems to be getting on top of the flood of messages she got. Could you let me know if things resolve here, as I feel responsible having set her account up to start her off here.."

Why would any photographer create a third party account for someone and walk away leaving them to drown,annoying a lot of members and costing other photographers money. I am truly unimpressed with this!
