Simply create an album and upload all the images from your latest shoot. Perfect.
Then when you share an image here you can include the link in the image notes.
Because no-one really needs to see more than one shot of a middle-aged housewife with a ball-gag in her mouth or a hapless grandmother gaffer-taped to a kitchen chair.

And if they do, they can follow the link to your Flickr album. Easy.
