Would it be possible to re-jig the PM and Group chat layout so that the most recent messages and the dialogue box appears at the bottom of the page?
I quite often overlook older messages due to the newest being at the top and not scrolling down.
Also in Group Chat is there a way to snap-to the oldest unread message by default when opening the page? Saves having to scroll back to find my last message when 25 people have commented afterwards...
