What would you consider is an acceptable reason to cancel a shooting? Assume more than 48hrs notice, so that rules out illness or death on the morning of a shoot (yours, your partner or children). Assume also it's a paid shoot and both parties have good references with normally good attendance rates.
Also be honest. Not what excuses you think might be believed or that paint you in a good light.
