My little treasures finished school today for two weeks and we were supposed to be off to a holiday park for a week tomorrow morning but the five-year-old being diagnosed with an ear infection and me coming down with man flu yesterday put paid to that.
There goes my £750 I thought but took a punt with a call to see if they would change the dates, and they agreed to change the dates for a £20 admin fee.
So here is my big shout out and thank you to Haven Holidays, I will most certainly be doing business with you again and will recommend you to everyone I know.
Anyone else had a business go the extra mile?
