Watermarks/Logos etc: Love them or hate them, they're definitely a 'marmite' thing. However, if your photographer decides he does want to use them then that's it. You as a model are stuck with them. Cropping or altering the image to exclude a watermark is prohibited under UK and EU Copyright Law.

So what you definitely don't do is on receipt of the images, re-crop the images to remove an irksome watermark or run them through an Instagram filter to 'make them better' with a handy one-click preset.

If you're not happy with the processing the photographer has chosen for his images, then message him and ask for a re-edit - most will be happy to accommodate your wishes up to a point. But bear in mind some will have a 'house-style' which they're worked to perfect and may feel that reworking images isn't in their interest as an artist.

That's something to consider when agreeing to work with someone, not after you get the images and think "but I prefer colour to B&W" or "square fits my Instagram feed better"... (Insta now accepts uncropped images in landscape format and you can use 3rd party apps like Square InstaPic to fit the entire image in without cropping)...
