Okay Internet Hive-Mind...

I want to construct an image from fire-elements, but I don’t have a means to photograph those fire elements myself.*

If I construct the image from elements taken from a google search, and those elements are not recognisable in their original form in the final image, can I legitimately claim copyright under “fair use” provisions?

*Conversely, without a studio and expensive high-speed camera equipment, how do I make such fire elements myself? (My current best thought is to use an aerosol can, a match and a friend/accomplice who is not overly attached to their eyebrows!!!)

Kind Regards

Dave
