Blocked or account deactivated?

I've recently been in fairly fruitless communication with a couple of models who clearly don't want to - model, that is! In respect of one in particular who has messed me about considerably I was contemplating posting appropriate feedback but before I could do so, she said she was about to deactivate her account. I can no longer access her messages or her profile but there's no way that I'm aware of by which I can tell whether she has actually deactivated the account or simply blocked me. In respect of the other model, when I tried to access her messages the icon was still there but a message popped up to the effect that she had either deactivated the account herself or it had been deactivated by admin. I'm a bit confused so any advice would be welcome! And maybe a bit of a tweak to the system would help to make things a bit clearer...
