This is a snap from my first shoot with the lovely Stephy Samer, a new model I met last week on that other purplish place. Half-Egyptian, half-Brazilian, Stephy is a truly exotic flower. She speaks three languages and her main home is in France. However she is currently staying in Portsmouth - a seven minute train ride from my studio. Even better, she loves vintage pinup!

She is a very fit and healthy sort of girl and enjoys belly dancing and yoga. She also has an incredibly hourglass-shaped figure and I thought it would be fun to try to show off her various talents. So we found a rather nice "Bettie Page" style red-and-white skirted polka-dot bikini, set her against a nice summery sky blue backdrop and ask her to demonstrate some of her best yoga poses. This is one of one of my favourites from that set.
