I was born on August 18, 1969 in Heerlen, The Netherlands I grew up and live in Kerkrade, Kerkrade is a city in the south of the Netherlands with Germany and Belgium nearby During my school years I had a lot of fun taking pictures But after my school education and military service I started working which made photography less and less But the passion for photography never left me and in 2011 I had the chance to take up photography again “Time doesn’t stand still” and a lot had changed in the world of photography Digital photography was now a concept that could no longer be ignored Digital photography was also very different from analogue photography Finding your way in this digital revolution was not easy but after a lot of reading, research and test work my choice was made
