I've had several shoots with Jay before he joined mcm, so I feel like I should leave at least one reference as I really enjoyed each shot with him. Very laid back personality, easy to communicate with, all before, during and after the shoot. Always makes sure if I'm OK, not too cold, too hot, too thirsty and what else.
