Stefen Charles Glamour are Based in Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire, UK. We are very close to the north Norfolk coast,  Sandringham wood, and many other beautiful rural area here in the Lincolnshire Fens.

At Stefen Charles Photography  we've been taking quality photographs for over twenty years and we still find it a thrill to capture beautiful images on camera. A photographic image is a memory captured in time and the joy these memories bring to those looking at them is priceless. Our wish is to capture beautiful and memorable images of those precious, fleeting moments for you to look back on and enjoy as the years go by.

My portrait shoots are predominantly location shoots. I can photograph you at either a park/woods, Gardens or beaches, or any local place that may mean something to you. I prefer the natural outdoor light to produce soft compositions rather than the white backdrops that have become vogue in resent years, and I feel that for families, the children are much more relaxed in these kinds of environments, as are those who do not like their photograph taken and can relax in a natural atmosphere rather than sitting on a white backdrop staring at the camera.  

Portrait sessions can be a lot of fun and we can capture the best from everyone and hopefully you can come away with something different to everyone else, personal to you which will be treasured for a lifetime.

Dressing for Portrait sessions depends entirely on what you wish to achieve and portray in your images, be it simple and casual or dressed up to look glam. Whatever you decide, it is better to keep to solid colours, and to avoid too many patterns if there is a family group. This will keep the focus on you and not on your attire. Also, remember that if one member of the family is in a particularly bright colour, (sometimes even white) they may stand out more than the other members.  

Accessories look fantastic in photographs, so please bring along hats, umbrellas, jewellery and any other sentimental things the children may feel are special.
