I woke up yesterday with an aching thumb, then realised later it was a result of taking close on 1,000 shots at the airshow on Sunday. The only way to catch planes at the sort of speeds they were doing was to set the focus to nearest object and fire 25 frame bursts at 5fps. I've got fairly big hands, but the combination of vibration and streching round the grip seems to have invented a new industrial injury.
