I'm looking for a location for a BDSM shoot in the near future. Normal studios tend not to be equipped with the necessary stuff, so looking for something better. Ideally a dungeon available for hire, but could just be an atmospheric room. It obviously needs to be private, so somewhere I can exclude others for the duration of the shoot.
