Given there are regulations about who may legitimately describe themselves as a modelling agency does MCM have a policy concerning photographer members who claim to work with an agency in their profile notes? If the 'agency' appears not to be a genuine modelling agency is this something MCM will be concerned about if reported?
What if the photographer's moniker is also the agency's name - does that make any difference?
