Just been reading elsewhere about shooting in the rain. Learned my lesson the hard way about covering camera and lens in heavy rain. Many years ago now but this shot cost me a fairly new camera, it died just as I took the shot (Rochdale v Oldham Athletic – abandoned due to torrential rain rendering the playing surface dangerous):
