Anyone tried stacking extenders?
The Canon MKIII extenders will only stack with an extension tube in between them (whereas the MKIIs could be stacked directly to each other). I understand that when using a 1 series camera with a f/2.8 lens autofocus should still be available as the aperture becomes f/8, and Canon 1 series bodies can autofocus at f/8 - but I cannot get the autofocus to work.
My set up below: Canon 1DX - Canon 1.4 MKIII extender - Canon 25mm Extension Tube - Canon 2..0 MKIII extender - Canon 300mm f/2.8L IS II USM (note I have tried with the 1.4 extender closest to the lens as well but still no autofocus).
