What are the legal implications of a photographer offering a part paid/ part TFP shoot and then after a few months complaining that the model has stolen his copyrite when she posted the images that he took of her.
Should he not then become liable to the full cost of the model's time?
I know that this is a very grey area but I would like to see what people think.
