Hi. Thanks for looking in. I have been taking photographs since the mid 1970s - mostly 'street', concert and landscape photography, with occasional set-up photos. I tend toward situational poses, where the model is doing something rather than a straight pose; there are occasions when a street scene or landscape I'm shooting would be complete by having a human figure in a particular pose, in a particular place, instead of waiting for a person to come along and 'making do' with the result, rather than directing it. My photographic likes and influences are varied: 'masters' of the early to mid C20th (eg Weston, Kertesz, Stieglitz), Elliott Erwitt, Robert Doisneau, Shinzo Maeda, natural history expert Heather Angel, Martin Parr, press photographers, 1960s-70s glamour photographers and more recent 'pin-up' photogaphy,
