Passionate photographer shooting for a over 10+ years, I do this as a hobby as love to get great images and making people feel confident.  I work with a lot of new models, I find this works well when we dont put large emphasis on posing and strike up some good conversation.  Working with more experienced models is also a thing and we can talk as little or as much as your prefer, though I do give active feedback.
