Jaxfin2

This was my 2nd shoot with Jax. We had a rough idea of what we were going to do but I know it's better to leave it loose with her as she is full of of great ideas. So our rough idea was to work on the 4 elements ; Earth, Fire, Air and water. We wandered but it worked. I don't think I have got through so many outfits in one shoot and all were fab. We used Jax's house studio, which is amazing and leaves you spoilt for choice. I also gave her the raw images from the shoot as I know she will create some amazing finishes that I could not imagine! At the moment she has produced more images from the shoot than I have so I feel a bit like the Beastie Boys v Run DMC, it's like that and that's the way it is. A photographic dance off! She has a great eye for detail and images and I feel we work well together. I believe she has a fantastic talent and should have more credit than she has. Jax's a genius, a wonderfully weird mind, beautiful and just a really nice, funny person. We have a plan for another shoot which I hope will blow peoples minds, a bit different, a bit off kilter and honouring a particular style of art. Til then I can't recommend her enough and she should be famous for her own art and would be very grateful to be a part of that journey.

I was very impressed by Jacqueline's portfolio and thought we would work well together. I wasn't proved wrong! Loved working with Jacqueline and she goes the extra mile, shooting outdoors in Feb, in Scotland is not going to be warm!

I have to say she went the extra mile to get the images we were looking for (and froze her ass off).

Very easy going, adds her ideas too but not in a forceful way but as a photographer herself, with a complete different style to mine, I thought she would give great input. She did, she knows what works.

I very rarely offer models to edit my images but with Jacqueline, quite happy to do so.

She is unique, beautiful and a subtle poser, so subtle you wonder what she's doing, but when you see the images, Wow!

I am def going to shoot with her again, she is amazing, and although I shouldn't recommend her this well (as it will reduce my opporchancity to shoot with her), it would be wrong not to.

11/10 for me! Til the next time.

Jax is a great and innovative photographer herself. She produces some great self portrait images! I wanted to tap into her unique style as it is so different from mine.
Was also happy for her to do her own edits on images.
She is a beautiful model with a mind to match.
She is a creative and I knew I wanted to shoot with her.
I maybe pushed it too far with my enthusiasm, trying to shoot outdoors, in Scotland, in February but she was amazing. She battled through the extreme low temperatures (we even tried to start a fire to get some heat but it was so damp!).
I believe she would have shot on but after 3 hours I couldn't let her freeze anymore and called it a day.
I got some fabulous images and Jax needs little or no guidance as she knows what works.
Pre comms were excellent. We knew what we were aiming for before the shoot and she came well armed with lots of outfits and props. We planned the shoot with various different looks and costumes.
She left me with a great set of images to work with.
I would highly recommend Jax, there is no-one like her and I loved working with her and won't be the last time but maybe wait 'til it's warmer or try her own studio.
She is a genius in her own way and if given the chance you should work with her.
