This is a fantastic location for fashion shoots, located within Southport Town Center. This is a self-contained open plan flat, with kitchen, shower, and toilet facilities.  The location has a skylight giving even lighting within the room, and no other windows, so you can get good even lighting within the space. When hired you can also have access to a courtyard space (shared) that has pub-style tables and benches, along with a swing seat.

Minimum 4 hour booking. Overnight stay can be arranged for an additional £150 per night, within the flat.

Package deal:- 2 nights and 2 days (11 am on day 1 to 11 am on day 3)  £360.

The apartment has double bed, shower, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, kettle and full dining equipment, TV, and leather couch, as well as 2 single sofa beds.

No studio or photographic lighting is provided, but ample power outlets are available within the location.

The outdoor space is an enclosed area that allows an ideal outdoor space to relax in or take photos in. But please remember it is a shared space.

If you are traveling via public transport, the location is in easy walking distance of both Merseyrail / Northernrail rail services at Southport Station, and within easy walking distance to bus services.

Street parking is available in Stanley Street, Sefton Council free parking between:- 6 pm and 8 am, parking charges apply between:- 8 am and 6 pm., anytime loading and unloading from your vehicle is allowed at yellow line in front of the building entrance, there is nearby 24 hour NCP parking, at Southport Merseyrail Train Station; please see NCP website for latest and long time parking charges. Plus other parking options are located within the immediate area.

Our location also lends itself as being a base to access other location opportunities when doing fashion work, as we are located on the road parallel to the amazing Victorian architecture and Gardens on Lord Street and within easy walking of Southport Beach, Marine Lake, and within easy traveling distance of its many other picture perfect locations, such as the Botanic Gardens.
