I had booked my shoot with Natalie a while back. She confirmed everything by e-mail, text and by phone. Stay in Long Eaton meant that Natalie did not have to travel far in order to get to Leicester. Everything was fine yesterday (the 6th of July). I even got a text message at 12:32 AM this morning regarding our shoot today. No communication Sunday morning, and then eventually a text message comes through stating that she has had to go home because her daughter is ill with what is now (allegedly) meningitis. Natalie has stated that she will provide me with a doctor's certificate for her daughter when she is released from hospital.
I don't for one moment believe that her daughter is ill, and until Natalie can provide evidence to the contrary, I have no other option but to leave this negative feedback.
