Hi my name is James, I've been a hobbyist for a couple of years. I did allot of travelling in my youth which is where i picked up the photography bug. Over the years i'm I've become the go to guy for family and friends events, but when i saw this quote last year by Bert Hardy and realized I was seeing the world like this. "Everywhere I look and most of the time I look, I see photographs." Is when I began looking to take my work forward and try and make a job out of it. Booking studio time and on the look out to update my portfolio and meet lots of new models and photographers along the way.

I'm also interested in doing location-based shoots, whether outdoor or indoor. I don't mind travelling to shoots. I'm happy to collaborate with models and shoot TF in return for providing shots.

I am looking to establish contact with models, make up artists, costume designers and hairstylists, as well as other photographers. I am open minded when it comes to new ideas and challenges, and I especially welcome enquiries from people interested in working with me. I'm aiming to learn lots of new things along the way, meet new people, and have a good time along the way!

If we agree to a shoot i will need your full contact details and a model release form to be signed on the day (Getty model release www.stevedimagery.com/modelrelease.pdf. ) I always like to have a good back and forth before the shoot to sort out ideas and see if we can't come up with some new ones together. I'll always supply at least a dozen shots from our shoot, within a week or less.
