**AIR**

I think that the best photographs ever taken were likely unplanned. You see, I’m one of those people who believes that mathematics are discovered, not created; I also happen to believe the same of photographs. If it’s ever happened to you, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about: as a model, you reach up to tuck your bangs behind your ear and hear, “Wait!!” As a photographer, you suddenly notice the way your subject has twisted allows light to fall across her back dimples so flatteringly and your heart leaps—“Wait!!! Stay right there!” Then, later, at your desk or in bed on your laptop, you’ll come across the digital image and smile. That’s it, the star image of the entire shoot, not created and kept, but discovered and snatched.


**WATER**

The photographs that impress me the most are raw. As a philosopher I am positively dedicated to honesty and to truth. Our photographs are a representation of our search for human experiences, and our desire to relate those experiences to others, to connect and to share. The best photographs are the ones that say the most with the least. As I once heard, a work of art is not complete when one can no longer add anything else, but rather when one can no longer take anything else away.


**FIRE**

When I’m working, I like to strike a balance between 25% direction, 75% inspiration. Give me a jumping off point, and I will work with it, and then twist it, and maul it, until it becomes something else, which you would then tweak with another direction, and we’d begin again. It’s important to me that we try to use as much natural light and as little Photoshop as possible. Shooting on location is amazing; while studios are a wonderful and necessary tool, shooting in them time and time again can become somewhat stifling. Please tell me if you have a location you want to try! I don’t mind a “Keep Out” or “No Trespassing” sign or two, either ^_~ It is also important to me to build lasting, working relationships, friendships even, with the photographers I meet. You can only get so much quality work from a first shoot.


**EARTH**

I am 31 and I have been modeling since the summer of 2011. I don’t drive yet, so please keep this in mind if you want to work with me.

My rate is $100/hour and that rate does not change based on the nature of the work. I accept payment via cash or PayPal. I must give you my rate, as I have to earn a living. I am currently doing limited TFP due to my changed measurements and requirement for an up-to-date portfolio. Please contact me if you are interested. TFP shoots are on a no-time-commitment basis. This is almost always less than 2 hours, though not by much. If it goes over 3 hours you should probably double-check that I haven't fallen in love with you, 'cause that would mean I actually found you interesting. I'm extremely easily bored.

I do not pose with men. I do not sport a bald vagina. Please do not request that I do either of those things.


**CENTER**

Essentially, I’m a jack of all trades. Some models are extremely skilled at posing, others take direction exceedingly well. Personally, I have been told that my own strength is my expressiveness, which I would also refer to as versatility. I like to engage in modeling as an actor more than a model sometimes. To be a different person in my pictures. But I also like candid revelations, and the opportunity to be my raw self in photographs. They both have value. I do have aesthetic preferences, though. I'm a minimalist. I prefer line and shape to color. I prefer softness and femininity to hardness and masculinity. I'm drawn to darkness and the strange. Like photos in my favorites list where the models are covered in mud or holding dead birds. You never quite know what you’re going to get with me. Shoots will always begin stiff, but I loosen up after a couple of minutes, especially if you can make me giggle ^_^
