Another great full day shoot This time with the awesome Keira Lavelle. Although I organized the shoot Alex was good enough to put Keira up for the night at his house.

Provided lots of sets and lighting set ups for the verious types of shots I wanted to make.

I've shot many times at Map studio, on my own and with other models. As always, Alex makes it a pleasure to work there, with an extensive collection of props, sets and shoes and accessories. The new studio is coming on really well, it offers a dungeon as well as many other sets.

Always love working here, highly recommend to anyone!!

An ever evolving studio that never fails to deliver. Numerous different sets, plus a dungeon and wet room. More props than a charity shop and a great studio owner, who is happy to help or sit back and leave you to it. Overall, a great place to shoot.

What a fab studio Map is! I have shot there on a few occasions now and also hosted a studio day. Alex the owner is very welcoming and a great host. The studio is tidy with superb amentities and most importantly warm!! I was extremely impressed with the amount of props, clothes, shoes etc that are available to use in the studio. Map studio comes very highly recommended and look forward to shooting here once again in the future.

I have shot at Map Studio several times now the facilities are second to none, the different shooting areas and possibilities are excellent, add in the infinite amount of props, lighting equipment and plenty of room to work in and set up lighting. The final ingredient is Alex the owner who could not be more welcoming and helpful. All this in my view adds up to an excellent studio. I have just booked another full days shoot and would have no hesitation in recommending the studio to models and photographers, give it a try you will not be disappointed.

This is my second visit to maps studio one was a group night and the other was a model day. maps studio is a very lovely studio with lots of props to use and of lots sets Alex the owner is very welcoming i will definitely be going back there again. i would recommend the studio to all photographer and model you will love ever minute.

I went to the open day today and had the opportunity to shoot with four models, using different areas. There is a lot of room and despite the studio having an open day, we were pretty much undisturbed during shooting. Alex is a friendly guy and very helpful, even showing me part of the roof space he has plans for. When he has given any help you need, he makes himself scarce and is unobtrusive. The studio has a lot of potential. It is part of an old building, which I prefer to new "prefab" affairs. I like the "oldy worldy" places as they have more character :-)

I was introduced to MapStudio today and am so pleased I was, what a lovely studio! Alex was a delight, despite the fact we tried to wreck, trash or break most things we touched today - including me (sorry!!) Lovely and warm, nice coffee and basically just a lovely environment. Lots of potential, some great sets and an especially friendly atmosphere. Recommended

I hadn't realised there a studio page on here or I would have left feedback earlier, Short and sweet a great place, Alex sets up what needs setting up and leaves you it. I was a bit wary of the Mad Max set of look of the outside but inside all you could wish for, and @thearosee was pretty good too :)

I had my first visit to MapStudio today as part of a 'Model Day with Thea Rosee' and I enjoyed seeing what the studio has to offer and to utilise some of the sets. I was made welcome and I look on this now as another option to enhance my portfolio and make new contacts. Thanks Alex, it was nice to meet you :)

I had a great 4 hour shoot at MAP Studio. Alex could not be more helpful when we arrived and had the rooms prepared for our shoot. He was only too happy to assist in preparing lights and props and once we had everything ready, Alex made himself scarce and away we went.


The rooms have loads of space and with the heaters on the studio is certainly warm and comfortable. Tea and coffee are readily available and the changing area is very spacious.


I am looking forward to my next shoot at the studio on my first studio day.
